Dec 5	Fri	7th Annual “Care Bear Ride"	Friday, December 5th, we will have of our 7th Annual “Care Bear Ride” to the Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune. This year we are adding to the ride a “cookout” for the hospital staff and ambulatory “Wounded Warriors” that are there that day, and anyone who participates in the ride. To participate, please bring one (NEW) small/medium unwrapped stuffed bear (or animal) for the ride. These bears are then given to the Commanding Officer and his staff of the hospital to be used in their pediatric ward during the holidays and then throughout the year as needed. After the presentation of the bears to the hospital staff, we will all proceed to the back patio for a FREE cookout sponsored by Rolling Thunder, Inc. Chapter NC-5. This invitation is open to any and all that would like to ride with us (bike or car!!!!). As you know, this is a fun ride, and the staff of the Naval Hospital love to see us circle the flag pole as we arrive! Please spread the word to other organizations, any military units with their “bike clubs”, or anyone you know that rides. Have them come and join us!!!!!!!!!!!! We welcome them with open arms! Dec 6	Sat	Reading of the Names	Monthly reading of the names of the 44 Vietnam MIAs at the Vietnam mermorial downtown Raliegh. Held the first Saturday of each month at 12:00 noon.
